The file contains empty elements
Peppol doesn't allow empty elements, such as an empty street or phone field.

“Document MUST not contain empty elements.”

Common causes
- An optional field (phone, street, note) was exported empty.
- A conversion tool writes every field, even blank ones.
How to fix it
- Fill in the field or leave it out of the file.
- If you can't change the export, ask your software provider.
