XML files (UBL or CII), or PDFs with an e-invoice inside. Several at once is fine.

    Frequently asked questions

My invoice has no PDF inside. Is something wrong?
No. Adding a PDF copy is optional in the e-invoice formats, and many senders don’t. The XML file contains all the invoice details: open it in the viewer to read it or save it as a PDF.
What kind of files can be inside an e-invoice?
Senders can attach supporting documents, such as a PDF copy of the invoice, a timesheet or a delivery note.
Is it safe to open the attached files?
Attached files come from the sender. PDFs open in your browser’s own PDF viewer; other files are only downloaded. Open them only if you trust the sender.
    Are my files uploaded?
No. Your browser reads the files on your own computer. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else.
