Questions about the bulk check
Is my customer list uploaded?
No. Your file is read in this browser tab and never leaves your computer. Only the company numbers are sent to our check, which asks the live Peppol registry. Numbers are never logged, and the results disappear when you close or refresh the page.
Why 200 numbers at a time?
Each number is a live question to the Peppol network. The limit keeps the check quick for everyone. For a longer list, check it in parts.
What does “Invalid number” mean?
The number fails the check for its country, usually because of a typo, so we don’t send it at all. Compare it with your records and check it again.
Why are some numbers checked only once?
If the same company appears more than once, for example written with and without “BE”, we ask once and show the answer on every row.
What do I do with companies that aren’t found?
They may not be registered yet, or may use another number. Ask them for their Peppol ID; the single Peppol check has a message you can copy and send.
