Tools that run in your browser

Tools that read invoice files, such as the viewer, validator and spreadsheet export, run entirely in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to us or anyone else.

Tools that use our server

Some tools, such as the Peppol check and the VAT number check (both coming soon), need to ask an official service on your behalf. For these, the number you type is sent to our server, which passes it on to that service and sends you the answer.

We don't store or log the numbers you look up. To answer repeat questions faster, a result may be kept for up to 24 hours under a scrambled code (a hash) instead of the number itself.

This page will list each of these tools, and exactly what it receives, as they go live.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. When you use a tool, we only record which tool it was and the type of result (for example "found" or "not found"), never the number, file or result itself.

No accounts, no cookies

There is nothing to sign up for, and this site sets no cookies.
