The file doesn't match the official format
XSD means the file doesn't match the official XML format (the schema) of UBL 2.1 or CII D16B. The validator shows the exact problem and line.
How to fix it
- Check the element named below: remove it or move it to where the format expects it.
- Add the missing element named below.
- Correct the value named below, e.g. dates as YYYY-MM-DD in UBL, amounts with a dot as decimal sign.
- See the technical message below, and correct the file or the software that made it.
