Een factuur moet minstens één factuurregel hebben (BG-25).

Veelvoorkomende oorzaken

  • De factuur heeft alleen een totaal, zonder lijnen.
  • Alle lijnen werden vóór de export gewist of op nul gezet.

Zo lost u het op

  • Voeg minstens één lijn toe die beschrijft wat u factureert, met hoeveelheid, prijs en btw-tarief.
